Valana Hotel Apartments
Located in an untidy, quiet area, there is easy access to the thrive of activity in the tourist area 10 minutes' walk away. A budget property with limited facilities and bland surroundings are ideal as a functional base for exploring the resort and Troodos Mountains beyond. If allocated the newest block, you would, however, feel as if you had arrived in a small, private tropical oasis, which more than makes up for the two-minute walk to the main building.
Exterior
Three very different blocks in tone with their differing ages. Block one, the original built in 1994, is the most jaded with grey concrete roughcast exterior and pale blue balconies. Block two, built in 1998, is fresher in appearance and painted bright white with the same colour balconies, both are three storeys high and all apartment have balconies or terraces. The third block built in 2007 is a street away and accessed down a lane. Completely different in style and full of character, two storeys are built in a villa style with cream walls, terracotta roof and iron balustrades on the balconies.
