Modern from the outside and with an attractive pool area, the internal furnishings appear dated beyond the 2003 renovation and even the year built of 1996. There are 12 other blocks in the vicinity of different names that are owned by the same family and have use of the facilities at this property, so overcrowding could be an issue in high season. The owner, named Tasiana, can often be found sitting among the gardens, an unusual character who is a feature in herself.

A modern, three-storey, singular white block with hexagonal shaped balconies of ample size in white and peach, with two sets of windows either side providing plenty of light and viewing to the apartments. A private car park sits at the side of the property, where the entrance is located engulfed in greenery and a water feature.

Interior
An unmatched, mixture of furnishings and décor reside throughout the internal areas – the majority of which are outdated. The unmanned reception is adjacent to an unused bar with pink and grey flower-patterned sofas and yellow curtains with a dining area beyond. A further internal bar that looks over the pool is more welcoming with floor-to-ceiling windows, metal bistro tables and brown leather sofas. This leads to an open spacious terrace with indoor games that is level with and looking onto the car park. A locked indoor pool and gym is in the basement below and opens when the property is busy. There is a well-equipped children's play area that is also open to locals for booking birthday parties.

Grounds
Grounds are limited to the pool and car park area. Both are adorned with an array of mature greenery and the pretty pool area is further enhanced with ornate pots and statues. Built with stone and a terracotta roof, the welcoming pool bar features a seating area on both sides, one at the pool and one in the gardens.

Area Type: Situated on a quiet, tree-lined side street 300 metres from the main tourist strip with its many bars, restaurants, fast-food outlets, nightclubs and shops. Surrounded by residential apartments and other similar properties, views at the rear look onto wasteland and the Troodos Mountains. There is a supermarket 100m from the property, opposite the British Legion social club.
