A presentable property with a low-key atmosphere in an ideal position for exploring the resort's amenities by foot. An effort has been made to turn what would be bland space into welcoming areas, resulting in, at times, a quirky style. Ideal, therefore, for the older market who wish to be close to the beach, explore the harbour, wander round the shops and return to a sizeable hotel with a homely enviroment.

A modern five storey block, well-maintained in a pale lemon colour with compact iron balconies and white plastic garden furniture. The car park spans the front of the property with a tennis court adjacent. The welcoming entrance, with both steps and a ramp up to it, features attractive urns with flowers and wooden benches.

Interior

The pleasant reception with marble floors and pillars is surrounded by a mix of classic leather sofas, plain wicker seating and pieces of antique furniture, which are complemented by a range of potted plants and fresh flowers. Open plan to the presentable bar with high stools and a minimal number of tables and chairs the walls feature lighted alcoves with sand and seashells within. The restaurant is characterful with touches of local style; sideboards and walls display pottery and traditional utensils are accompanied by stuffed toy donkeys.

Grounds

Grounds are limited to the peaceful pool area with palms and rockeries in the tiled surround, clay pots with pretty flowers and mature hedges and trees adorning the edges. The welcoming pool bar has a pool table and shows sports on the large screen TV, with adequate seating under two shaded terraces.

Area Type: Situated on a quiet road that leads to the resort's main beach and pretty harbour 100 metres away, where a wide choice of bars, shops and restaurants are located. Surrounded by other similar hotels and apartment complexes, with undeveloped land opposite. The main square with its monastery, gardens and lively nightlife is within a 10-minute walk, as is the funfair, go-carts and crazy golf.
