A basic, bland property suited to the young budget-conscious consumer whose main need is a close location to the centre of the nightlife. The typically touristy bar features dull furnishings and decor, but is spacious in comparison to the pool area, which is inadequate for the number of apartments, with the maximum occupancy of the pool and terrace being 20 people.

A long, singular honey-coloured block of three storeys in need of maintenance. Balconies are of ample size and painted white with yellow railings, but offer no views apart from the side of neighbouring properties. A section of the ground floor is used as a covered car park. The stepped entrance is welcoming, advertising the facilities in the bar and features a couple of tables and chairs.

Interior

The reception is open plan with the dark-wooded English style bar and has plenty of seating. There is a pool table, table football and darts board, and the ceiling is adorned with football strips, scarves and flags to complete the look.

There are no grounds to the property and the undersized pool is on the roof with minimal sunbeds and an appealing stone fronted pool bar.

Area Type: Located at the very top of the resort with access to the bypass to Protaras. Tightly surrounded by similar style accommodation, the livelier nightlife of the square and surrounding areas is a five-minute walk downhill.
