Exterior

Modern and well-maintained, two lemon-coloured blocks of three storeys surround the pool. The majority of apartments overlook the pool from sizeable balconies, and the ground floor of one block is the covered car park. The entrance is via a basic block in the same colour scheme, but there is no sign naming the property or entrance.

Interior

The interior consists only of the lobby area, which is bright and spacious with various basic furnishings, stone features and plants. A functional reception resides here, as well as the compact bar that leads to an outdoor terrace.

Grounds

Grounds are limited to the surrounding pool area. Consisting mainly of red tiles there are some mature trees and stone flower beds at the rear, dominated by the large windmill traditional to this region. This leads to unkempt land that is not separated from the property. The terrace from the bar is fronted by a large palm tree and some bushes that the block the view to the pool from here.

Location

Area Type: Situated fairly centrally for all the resort has to offer. A five-minute walk will take you to the sandy beach and harbour in one direction and to the main square in the other. There are go-carts, a funfair and mini golf 100 metres away. A small plot of agricultural land is to the front of the property and also to the rear, separating it from the cemetery and main road.
