Kermia Beach Bungalow Hotel
A delightful complex built like a private housing estate in a local style, leading to an attractive beach. Although remotely located, the village is self-sufficient with the amenities on offer. There is a bus stop outside for access into the resort, but the popular choice is the hire of mountain bikes with cycle paths and routes throughout the region. Ideal for families with its vast facilities and well-constructed entertainment programme. Could be an interesting choice for international relations during the World Cup with the majority of guests being German, Dutch, Swiss and Russian.
Exterior
The complex comprises 154 bungalows built in a traditional Cypriot style, all painted white with dark wooden window frames, doors and shutters and terracotta tiled roofs overflowing with colourful flowers. Each bungalow has a tiled terrace leading out to the extensive lawns and gardens that surround them. The main building, which houses the reception and all other amenities, is built in a similar style, two storeys high, and is accessible from the road that runs privately through the village.

Interior
The spacious lobby with its high, wooden beamed ceiling and stone pillars, has various comfortable seating areas with a mixture of wicker and leather furnishings. The floor below accommodates the main restaurant which, while presentable, is featureless.

Grounds
Set in 60,000sq metres of secluded, landscaped grounds that are in immaculate condition. Large lawns, palm trees and an abundance of pretty flora and fauna decorate every area. The attractive freeform pool and generously sized children's pool are surrounded by spacious terrace areas housing the profusion of outside seating. Well shaded, tree-covered lawns lead to the private beach, which has a vast array of water sports on offer including a scuba diving centre and a beach volleyball court. There are two children's playgrounds with sand floors, crazy golf and five tennis courts with coaching.
