Bellini Bungalows

A simple, appealing property for all markets that wish to be in a quiet location, with reasonable ease of access by foot to the resort's attractions. The grounds are adequately sized for the amount of apartments, which are pleasant and well-maintained. Although peaceful, noise may be experienced from the football centre next door.

Exterior

All three blocks, each two-storeys high, surround the pool and have views over it. Built in a traditional Greek style,with terracotta tiled roofs, white walls with yellow doors and balconies, they are an ample size and those on the ground floor are slightly larger. There are three entrances – one at the front from the street, one via the bar and one via the rear of the building, where the private car park is also located.

Grounds

The pool is surrounded by crazy paving and palm trees. Further greenery is limited to hedges surrounding the edges of the property and bushes behind the apartment blocks. The compact wooden bar, which is accessed from the pool or through reception, has a pool table and plasma TV above it.

Location

Area Type: Located 50 metres down a quiet side street away from the main coastal road and midway between the harbour and Nissi beach, which are both a 10-15 minute walk away in opposite directions. The main road has numerous shops, bars and restaurants and also go-karts, mini golf and a sizeable funfair. For lively nightlife, the square is a 10-minute walk away uphill. On three sides of the property is agricultural land, the remaining side hosts a five-a-side football centre.
