We were very pleased with the high quality service this hotel provided. The staff were excellent some of them found it a lot harder to understand us but they all tried to help the best they could. The location is brilliant we wanted to be in the very centre of Alicante and we definitely had that, we were close to all the restaurants and bars for the evening and in walking distance of the old town which is lovely and not to far from the beach either and if you don’t fancy the walk there are ample . Our room was cool, luckily it had working air conditioning because even in September is was still very hot. The room we stayed in was a good size and very clean there was nothing we didn’t like about it. The hotel isn’t very big in general but it is run by very professional and friendly people we would stay herre again and would happily recommend it to anyone, especially older couples like ourselves it was nice to relax in the evening.
