Sonesta St. George
“great location to explore Luxor and see all the sites”
We had a super time staying in the St. George. The hotel is in a great location to explore Luxor and see all the sites. The rooms are nicely decorated with good fixtures and fittings, Request a Nile view room and if you don’t get it on request ask to upgrade to one with a view as it is well worth it.
The food is good but nothing spectacular as is the staff who can be slow and seem to require a tip for almost anything they have to do. There are hot tubs out on the deck which are really great for easing tired legs from sight seeing.
Verdict: ok could be better, but in a great location.
