“People come for the aqua park”
Good fun Hotel and great value, we have been a few times now and the quality has varied. If you go during high season it is really buy and the staff are worked so hard and they just don’t have time to do a good job. Plus I think the get upset by the Russians that are very rude but they like the English as we are polite to them and they do their best.
The hotel itself is good, there is the odd little thing that you might want to complain about like the shower leaking or something is chipped or broken. It is good value though and the food is good, plenty to eat and drink.
People come for the aqua park and this is very good with lots to do. Not all the slides are suitable for the children and they have their own child friendly slides and play areas.
The best time to go is in the off season, there are less guests and the hotel is much cleaner now the staff have a bit more time. The staff are much happier too and the general atmosphere is nicer.
